We will study the two person form, Ba Fa Da Lu (lit. “Eight Methods Big Roll Back”) of the Yang Family Hidden Tradition.

This exercise will greatly improve:
· Stepping
· Distancing
· Interpreting energy
· Push Hands techniques: Sticking, adhering, joining, and following
· Eight methods: elbow strike, shoulder strike, drag down, split, roll back, press, push, & ward off
Scott M. Rodell has over 25 years taijiquan (tai chi chuan) training in two branches of Yang Taijiquan. During the late '80s was Push Hands Champion at several Nationally Sanctioned tournaments & placed Second in Push Hands at the International Championship held in the Republic of China in 1991. In recent years, his project has been historical Chinese Swordsmanship. His seminars are in high demand internationally.
