Metta is a neutral energy and is the first step in opening the heart chakra towards the cultivation of Light energy. It is an unconditional energy that does not discriminate or judge. Cultivation of Metta (Metta-bhavana) can help to raise one’s vibratory frequencies to dissolve any conflicts, hatred, disharmony as well as karmic issues to achieve a balanced well-being.

This 2-hour workshop includes a priming process (a process to open up the heart chakra), learning a yoga technique to clear the heart chakra, connecting with others through the heart chakra, practicing the Metta Chant in English and Pali languages and more. A Free CD of Metta chant (in English & Pali) will be given to participants.

(Note : Pali language was one of the languages used by Buddha in his teachings.This language is still spoken in Sri Lanka/Ceylon today)
